As part of its growth, the client seeks support to:

  • Structure HR processes and policies
  • Identify skills needs and ensure that the right skills are in the right place
  • Enhance team management capabilities
  • Recruit and onboard key roles and in particular the future Deputy Director
  • A dedicated Head of HR working on site 2 days per week

  • Defining and implementing HR Strategy, establishing HR policies and processes
  • Aligning the organizational chart, individual objectives, and development needs with the organization’s growth objectives
  • Developing a skills matrix aligned with jobs classification and roles
  • Optimizing Compensation & Benefits: aligning with market standards to enhance employee retention and satisfaction
  • Upskilling Leadership to strengthen internal capabilities
  • Hiring key talent to support long-term growth 
  • Executive recruitment & and onboarding /handover
