Business HR setup, including managing first hires

Dealing with external stakeholders
Creating local HR policies, adapting & implementing global ones
Liaising with the CFO & Head of HR based abroad, and providing HR briefings & advice
Supporting business growth
Defining & recruiting the right HR profile for France

A dedicated interim HR expert, working on site 2 days a week, during the 6 first months of operations

Effective Business HR structuring in compliance with local regulations and alignment with Corporate policies
Successful onboarding of the first 15 employees, including 3 Directors
Upskilling of Group HR contacts
Recruitment of an HR profile to support growth, and handover
